Quality
Hennessey L.L.C are committed to consistently meeting customer’s expectations in service, delivery, and product satisfaction. The services that Hennessey provide, from initial enquiry through to implementation and completion, are managed in accordance with a quality plan tailored to meet the client’s specific requirements.
Hennessey promote continuous improvement of the customer’s satisfaction by maintaining and continually reviewing a compliant Quality Management System.
To ensure compliance with Hennessey’s Quality Management System, regular internal audits are carried out throughout the organization.
To this end, Hennessey are committed to:
- Maintaining staff who can interpret, clarify, and conform to the client’s requirements.
- Ensuring by proper selection and examination that goods supplied and/or incorporated are suitable, fit for purpose and safe.
- Ensuring that goods and systems are installed in a satisfactory manner.
- Observing the company Quality Assurance Manual and Procedures (and/or all project specific Quality Plans)
- Ensuring completed installations are properly operational and maintenance free wherever possible.
- Thoroughly planning, controlling, and documenting, in a systematic manner, those procedures necessary to provide the specified level of Quality Assurance.
- Maintaining such records as will substantiate the Quality Assurance applied throughout each project undertaken.
- Providing evidence of quality by demonstration where required.
- Determining and define the design intent and performance standard.
- Conveying appropriate design parameters to those responsible for purchasing, installing, erecting, or maintaining the product.
Safety
Hennessey is committed to providing a safe work place for all employees, subcontractors, and clients; essentially all people involved directly or indirectly with our projects and operations. Safety is the company’s top priority. This HSE Policy shall be the backbone of every project and activity that Hennessey undertakes, no matter the size, value or scale. Some alterations, enhancements or deletions may occur in order to remain project specific, and only with approval from the General Manager or Managing Director. But the basic principle is to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all.
Hennessey identifies and encompasses the working behaviours and safe work practices that are mandatory for the project. It details the requirement for the management of health and safety and associated contracts, legislation, codes of practice, guidelines, standards, procedures and references.
Hennessey shall ensure conformance to all applicable aspects of legislation and best international practices. Hennessey shall apply the most stringent requirement in the event of any dispute.
Project site safety requirements are to ensure:
- Safe systems of work
- Safe plant and equipment
- Safe means of handling, transporting and storage of articles and substances
- A safe place of work with safe access to and out of the place of work
- Train all employees in environmental practices appropriate to their role
- Adequate welfare facilities
Sustainability
We are committed to pursuing the best environmental practice however and wherever practicable.
Each operating business unit is committed to meeting the objectives of the policy:
- Include environmental issues as a matter of report at management level.
- Ensure that adequate human and financial resources are made available within operating units to implement and maintain the (Policy).
- Include environmental considerations in our business planning and decision making.
- Comply with all applicable regulations and statutory requirements as appropriate, where no regulations exist, set our own standards.
- Train all employees in environmental practices appropriate to their role.
- Conserve resources by the careful consumption of materials, energy and fuel, and by influencing design and specification wherever possible.
- Encourage all suppliers and subcontractors to develop or share environmental policies in line with our company policy.
- Implement a waste minimization program and encourage recycling where possible.
- Continuously monitor and improve the company’s environmental performance by the use of management procedures.
