Hennessey was contracted by B.L. Harbert International to complete the construction of the new U.S Consulate in Dubai.

Hennessey completed all the infrastructure works including the multi-storey car park, all the hard landscaping around the building, an internal road network as well as gatehouses and the boundary wall.
