The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, Refurbishment of Chalets and Swimming Pools

Hennessey L.L.C completed numerous refurbishment and repair works within 69 villas at the Ritz Carlton in 2019. These works included the refurbishment of timber finishes, re-waterproofing and refurbishing the timber flooring.

Repair works to the swimming pools within each chalet were also undertaken, this included reducing the height of the pools, re-waterproofing and retiling works.

All of this work was undertaken while the hotel was still accepting occupants, therefore Hennessey operated in line with hotel procedures and in a way that did not disrupt the guests showcasing our ability to work within busy hotel environments effectively and responsibly.
