Olive Point and Sienna Lakes, Jumeirah Golf Estates

Hennessey L.L.C completed the full interior fit-out of 30 residential villas, inclusive of a number of high-end timber finishes, manufactured within our own Joinery Factory.

This project was undertaken with an existing community (Jumeirah Golf Estates) and while people were moving into the street, therefore Hennessey had to be mindful of not disturbing other residents who were already living there. In order to accommodate this the works were completed in a systematic way by undertaking work on 3 villas at a time
