Madinat Zayed Housing

Hennessey was responsible for the refurbishment of local government housing at Madinat Zayed. This area is adjacent to the Empty Quarter and therefore presented a challenge in getting material out to the area and therefore required exceptional planned.

Hennessey’s scope included concrete repairs, retiling and providing new bathroom facilities.
