Dubai Hills Estate, Emaar Sales Pavilion

Hennessey completed the fit-out of the internal offices at the Emaar Sales Pavilion for the new Dubai Hills Estate development. The purpose of the pavilion was to showcase and explain the designs and models of the residential homes within Dubai Hills to prospective buyers, therefore the space had to be impressive and appealing to those who entered.

Hennessey’s work included panelling, various joinery works and finishes, and shelving.

The most impressive feature of the offices is the shelving unit which stands at 75 feet tall. It was manufactured in our Joinery Factory in sections, and installed on-site on a frame with the border as one whole piece. The unit it lit up with LEDs.
