Bussola Restaurant

Hennessey completed the construction and interior fit-out of the Bussola Restaurant. This is a double story concrete frame building. The design of Bussola was to showcase a number of food and beverage concepts and experiences for its guests. The first floor is all internal with the fit-out done by Hennessey and it houses the fine dining experience of the restaurant. The second floor is accessible only from a staircase installed outside the building and with a tented roof structure that covers the whole area. This is the pizzeria which allows for a casual and relaxed family atmosphere.

The concrete columns were cladded in timber with portal style features in order to give the building the look and feel of a ship’s frame. Hennessey also manufactured the outdoor bar in our Joinery Factory.
