Burj Al Salam Pool Deck

Burj Al Salam is a series of three linked towers (office, residence and hotel) located on the Sheikh Zayed Road. The mixed use skyscraper is 58 stories tall, and the residential tower is 54 floors with a swimming pool deck exclusively for the use of its residents on the 11^th floor. The skyscraper complex was completed in 2014, however as is common in the UAE, in order to remain modern and to be able to continue offering high-quality facilities to its residents, the swimming pool deck required a refurbishment and upgrade.

Hennessey was pleased to be able to complete this project for SRG Properties, the owner of Burj Al Salam.

Re-tiling of the swimming pool and also re-paving of the surrounding area provided a sophisticated new look and feel. The 25 metre long pool also incorporates a water feature and children’s swimming pool at the further end with a modern safety gate in order to keep the children away from the adult pool.

The removal of old planter boxes was done in order to provide more open space for residents to use.

Existing planters around the border were upgraded to look more contemporary and new and brightly coloured
plants were installed by our Landscaping Division.
