Arabian Ranches Polo Homes Show Villas

Emaar’s Polo Homes are 71 opulent villas that are located around the exclusive Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club. Part of the Arabian Ranches Community, these villas are limited in number but with unit sizes ranging from 6,777 to 15,563 square feet and plot sizes ranging from 15,551 to 39,611 square feet, they surround the polo field giving residents a fantastic outlook.

Hennessey was proud to be named the main contractor in undertaking the complete construction, interior fit-out and landscaping of 3 of these large villas, which were to be the show villas for the community before then becoming homes for residents once the community was complete.

Hennessey constructed all 3 villas, each a different size and type and then undertook the complete interior fit-out of each. All interior and exterior joinery was manufactured by Hennessey’s Joinery Factory and installed on site. Polished marble flooring was installed and well as timber flooring within some of the rooms. Door frames and wall panelling were also completed. The bathrooms and kitchens showcase the high quality work from the Hennessey Small Works Division.

Externally, the large swimming pools and luxury water features were constructed by the Swimming Pool Division and the large garden areas were fully landscaped with paving, decking around the BBQ areas with pergolas and seating areas constructed. And all the grass and plantation was done by Hennessey’s Landscaping Division.

Projects such as these ones are a fantastic opportunity to showcase what Hennessey’s various Division can produce together.
