Agronomy Centre at Jumeirah Golf Estates

Jumeirah Golf Estates is a luxurious and prestigious community in Dubai with an iconic golf course surrounding the villas. It plays host to the annual European Tour’s Race to Dubai finale, the DP World Championship, this event is a highlight in the golfing calendar and always attracts huge crowds of UAE residents and tourists.

In order to ensure that the golf course is maintained to a high standard all year round, Jumeirah Golf Estates required an on-site Agronomy Centre. This centre is able to manage the upkeep of the courses through soil management and grass maintenance and rotation.

Hennessey was the contractor awarded with completing the full design and build of the Agronomy Centre. This entire compound is made up of offices, storerooms, a gatehouse and a yard area. The designs were completed by the Hennessey AutoCAD and Design Department, highlighting their ability to take on such works. The construction of the building was completed by the Construction Division and Hennessey’s Interior Division and Joinery Factory then undertook the fit-out of the interior and office areas.
